Assessor / Apprenticeship Coordinator
Our Apprenticeship Coordinators (ACOs) work closely with our learners and partners in the MOD to assess the progress of learners as they proceed through their apprenticeship programme. Our ACOs cover a variety of Apprenticeship Standards and legacy Frameworks, including Level 2 HM Serviceperson, L4 Network Engineer, L3 Radio Network Technician, L4 Aviation Ground Specialise, L4 Network Cable Installer, and many others. Our ACOs will also work directly with learners to progress them through their Functional Skills.
Functional Skills Tutor
Our Functional Skills Tutors deliver functional skills teaching and qualifications directly to our engaged learners, providing them with vital skills, and aiding progression of their Apprenticeship programme.
Our Administration is covered by several roles. Administration teams provide essential support to each of our Teaching and Learning departments ensuring accurate reporting, and processing vital documents for timely completions and inductions.
Apprenticeship Team Manager
Our Apprenticeship Team Managers oversee the teams of Teaching and Learning staff, made up of Apprenticeship Coordinators, Functional Skills Tutors, Learner Mentors, and Administrators. Team Managers will manage staff welfare and ensure Teams are working efficiently whilst sharing best practice across the organisation.
